A development of 42 high quality apartments at Queen’s University, Belfast within a conservation area, to Code for Sustainable Homes level 5.
The challenge for this project was to meet the strict budget. We provided a cost plan to guide the design, regular cost checks to control cost during design development, an SMM7 Bills of Quantities and careful monitoring to control cost during construction.
