This £75m scheme provides 474 luxury apartments over 6 mid-rise blocks, with retail units to the ground floor and almost 500 basement car parking spaces. This project is part of the larger £1bn regeneration of Belfast’s Titanic Quarter.
The challenge for this project was to set a realistic cost target in advance of design and to control costs throughout the D&B process. Early VE improved design and cost efficiency and our tender documentation for cost significant work-packages improved competition and helped to avoid disputes. Predictive cost reports and regular liaison with funders supported confidence.
