Timber frame construction over. BREEAM ‘Good’ rating. Pre-investment financial appraisal (projected RoI); liaising with funder/purchaser team and with operator’s team; contract documentation/warranties/letters of appointment between client/contractor, subcontractors & design team, regular cost reports; funding drawdown documentation; chairing and driving progress meetings; and coordinating the assembly of completion documentation.
