Lough Eske Castle Hotel

Refurbishment and extension of Lough Eske Castle, a protected structure with a Special Area of Conservation (SAC) to provide a 5* hotel with 96 bedrooms, conference room, pool and spa within landscaped grounds.

Agreeing/monitoring cost plan targets; contract documentation/warranties/letters of appointment between client/contractor, subcontractors & design team, tender documentation for 50 work-packages ranging from construction works & stone restoration to fittings, furniture & equipment including hotel supplies; programming, chairing design & site meetings; predictive cost reports & regular liaison with funders; analysis for hotel tax incentive scheme; coordinating assembly of completion documentation.
